Check-In Verification: The REG-SCR-03 blocker card is shown at the top of Check-In. Sarah verifies mother Sarah Vaughn's credentials, marks Government Photo ID Verified, and clicks Attest Verified & Clear on camera. The card moves to Ready for Treatment Room.

Visible Rooming: A room is selected on the card in Ready for Treatment Room, Ready to Room is clicked, and the card moves to Procedure Ready with its room chip before Start Encounter opens the first tab.

Baseline Vitals: Documented as a single consolidated entry (zero duplicate rows), then Ready for Provider with no pause.

Facial Mapping: Neuromodulator mapped across glabellar and forehead injection sites. Aesthetic consultation service added. Note signed and locked by the attending provider (Dr. Ravi Sundaram, MD).
