👤 Patient Persona & Portal Intake

Patient: Soren Lindqvist (legal first and last name on file).

Location: Edmond, Oklahoma.

Facility: ReCenter Oasis LLC (Practice ID: bf0d53ab-23d1-4330-96d1-0d16bdbd7b2f).

Regulatory Blocker: A placeholder date of birth entered in the portal flags REG-SCR-02 (Valid Date of Birth Required). The date of birth must be verified against a government photo ID in person before rooming.

Portal Attestation: "Images may show my face" and "all information is correct and complete" are clicked on camera and remain checked at Send Registration.

⚖ Operational Flow & Gate Enforcement

Blocker Preservation: The REG-SCR-02 blocker is shown in Registration Review and stays attached through chart creation and scheduling. It is never cleared before Intake Incomplete.

Master Scheduling: Booked for today's date (October 11, 2026) with Jodi Dodson, NP. Provider, appointment type, date, and slot are selected immediately.

Revision: 10/11/2026 (PracticeForceOne Master Clinical Governance Suite).

Arrival Clock Reset: Patient Arrived resets the visit clock. Because the date of birth is still unverified, the card routes to Intake Incomplete.

Check-In Verification: The REG-SCR-02 blocker card is shown at the top of Check-In. Sarah compares the date of birth against the license, updates it, marks Government Photo ID Verified, and clicks Attest Verified & Clear on camera. The card moves to Ready for Treatment Room.

🩺 Clinical Documentation & POS Checkout

Visible Rooming: A room is selected on the card in Ready for Treatment Room, Ready to Room is clicked, and the card moves to Procedure Ready with its room chip before Start Encounter opens the first tab.

Baseline Vitals: Documented as a single consolidated entry (zero duplicate rows), then Ready for Provider with no pause.

Lower-Face Mapping: Neuromodulator mapped across the lip (lip flip), both corners of the mouth (depressor anguli oris), and the chin (mentalis). Aesthetic consultation service added. Note signed and locked by the attending provider (Jodi Dodson, NP).

Checkout & Card Retention: Sarah finds the card in Ready for Checkout on the Kanban board and opens checkout from it. Settled via Square Terminal POS (TX-73034-POS), balance due zero. The card remains in Completed for daily census reconciliation.
