SMS Terms & Conditions and Platform Terms of Use
These SMS Terms & Conditions and Platform Terms of Use govern transactional text messaging and software services provided by PracticeForceOne, LLC across practiceforceone.com and practiceforceone.net.
1. Program Description & Strictly Transactional Scope
PracticeForceOne, LLC provides cloud-based Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Patient Portal software to licensed healthcare practices. When you explicitly opt in to receive text messages during Patient Portal registration, appointment booking, or clinical check-in, you consent to receive strictly transactional, non-promotional SMS messages related to your healthcare visits and account security, including:
- One-Time Passcodes (OTP) & Security Alerts: Account registration confirmation codes, two-factor authentication (2FA) codes, and password reset verifications.
- Appointment Confirmations & Reminders: Scheduled visit confirmations, upcoming appointment reminders, and arrival/check-in notifications.
- Pre-Visit Digital Intake Links: Secure links to complete required patient intake and consent forms in the PracticeForceOne Patient Portal prior to your appointment.
Zero Marketing or Pharmaceutical Promotions: PracticeForceOne does not send promotional or marketing SMS messages, and our SMS messages never promote or reference prescription medications, peptides, or GLP-1 therapies.
2. How End Users Opt In (Explicit Patient Portal Consent Form)
End users never receive unsolicited messages. Patients provide their phone number directly on Step 2 (Contact & Emergency Information) of the PracticeForceOne Patient Portal Registration & Intake Form (https://practiceforceone.net/portal/intake-cf.html?mode=registration) and must manually check an optional, un-prechecked SMS consent box:

3. Opt-Out (STOP), Assistance (HELP) & Message Frequency
- How to Opt Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or CANCEL to the number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you one final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.
- How to Get Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact us directly at support@practiceforceone.com or call (727) 804-0148.
- Carrier Liability: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Message Frequency & Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your scheduled appointments and account security events (typically 1–4 messages per appointment). If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
4. Strict Mobile Privacy & Non-Sharing Guarantee
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of data collected exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with or sold to any third parties. For full details on how we protect your information under HIPAA and federal standards, please review our Privacy Policy (https://practiceforceone.com/privacy).
