In accordance with federal guidelines, full technical test suite conformance precedes administrative conformance listing on the Validated Health IT Product List (CHPL) by an ONC-Authorized Conformance Body (ONC-ACB). Technical test pass records and cryptographic receipts are published transparently for auditing.
